Mildly Adhesive is a small UK-based sticker brand. You can reach us at hello@mildlyadhesive.co.uk.

What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect:

Contact details including your name, email address, and delivery address.

Payment information is handled entirely by Mollie, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.

Order information including what you bought, when, and how much you paid.

Communications including anything you send us via the contact form or by email.

Technical data including your IP address and browser type, collected automatically when you visit our site.

Why we use it

To process and fulfil your order including taking payment, arranging delivery and handling any returns.

To communicate with you about your order, or in response to a message you've sent us.

To send marketing emails if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To keep our site secure and prevent fraud.

To comply with legal obligations where required.

Who we share it with

We only share your information where necessary:

Royal Mail to deliver your order.

Mollie to process your payment. Mollie's own privacy policy applies to how they handle your payment data.

Brevo to send transactional and marketing emails.

Our hosting provider to run the website.

We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes. If you've opted into marketing emails, we'll keep your details until you unsubscribe. Contact form submissions are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your query.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.

Correct any inaccurate data.

Delete your data (where we're not legally required to keep it).

Object to us processing your data for marketing purposes.

Withdraw consent at any time where we're relying on it.
