Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel, no reason needed.

To cancel, use our returns portal or email us at hello@mildlyadhesive.co.uk before sending anything back. Once we've confirmed, return the items unused and in their original condition within 14 days.

Return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we can't refund items that don't make it back to us.

Once we receive the return, we'll refund the cost of your items plus your original shipping within 14 days.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, that's on us. Email us at hello@mildlyadhesive.co.uk with a photo and we'll get it sorted straight away, no quibbles.

In this case we'll cover return postage and either replace the item or issue a full refund, your choice.

Change of mind after 14 days

We're not obliged to accept returns after the 14 day window, but if something isn't right just get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done.

Cancelled orders: full refund including standard shipping.

Faulty or wrong items: full refund including shipping.

Change of mind returns within 14 days: items refunded, return postage at your cost.

Shipping

We ship UK only. 2nd class is always free. Upgrade to 1st class for £3.50, or free on orders over £30. Delivery is typically 2-3 working days from dispatch for 2nd class.
