1. Who we are

Mildly Adhesive is a small UK-based sticker brand run by two people. You can reach us at hello@mildlyadhesive.co.uk.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

2. Our products

All of our designs are original and hand drawn by us. We sell die cut and sheet stickers in packs on backing cards. Stickers are not sold individually.

Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Finishes (matte or holographic) are clearly noted on each product listing.

Maximum sticker size is approximately 6x6cm. Exact dimensions are listed per product.

3. Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but we'll never change the price of an order you've already placed.

4. Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. You'll get a confirmation email when we receive it. Your order is only accepted (and a contract formed) when we dispatch your goods and send you a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order via our secure payment processor. All card transactions are handled by Mollie. We never see or store your card details.

6. Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

2nd class shipping is always free. Upgrade to 1st class for £3.50, or free on orders over £30.

Estimated delivery is 2-3 working days for 2nd class and 1-2 working days for 1st class, but this is not guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

7. Order notifications

When you place an order, you'll receive updates by email. These messages are transactional only and will never be used for marketing purposes without your consent.

8. Returns & refunds

Not happy? Get in touch at hello@mildlyadhesive.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us or use our returns portal before sending anything back.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. We'll refund the cost of the items and standard shipping once we've received them back. You're responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, just drop us an email with a photo and we'll make it right.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork and branding are owned by Mildly Adhesive. You can't reproduce, copy, resell or use our designs commercially without our written permission. Buying a sticker gives you a physical product to enjoy, not a licence to the artwork.

10. Liability

We're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you won't exceed the amount you paid for your order.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

11. Privacy

We only collect information we need to process your order and communicate with you. We don't sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
